Licence

Konsolity is proprietary software provided under a licence agreement (see the licence in the app, “Licences”). You may install it on all your devices.

Account and plans

The account is optional. The Cloud and Studio plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, cancellable any time, effective at period end; Studio for life is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown VAT included. A 14-day trial is offered at account creation, once per account.

Your data

Your vault is encrypted on your devices; we cannot read it nor recover it if you lose your password and your recovery key. You remain responsible for the systems you connect to and the commands you run, including those allowed for Claude.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no unauthorised access to third-party systems, no attempt to bypass the protections of the service.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” with a reasonable availability goal. The application works offline and without an account; sync may be interrupted for maintenance.

Termination

You can delete your account any time from the app. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, with notice.

Governing law

Belgian law. Courts of Brussels, except for mandatory consumer law.
