Tabs that survive the network

A zero-knowledge vault

Encrypted before it leaves
What goes to the sync server is already encrypted. It gets neither your master password nor your hosts in clear.

Frequently asked questions
Is Konsolity free?
Yes, without an account: unlimited hosts, local encrypted vault, every theme. The account and the paid plans sync the vault between devices and unlock the editor, files, databases and the remote terminal. A 14-day trial gives everything, no card.
What happens when I lose the network?
The tab stays open with its buffer. Konsolity retries every path of the host (LAN, Tailscale, relay) and reattaches the tmux or screen session when the connection is back. Nothing to retype.
Can the Konsolity server read my SSH keys?
No. The vault is encrypted on the device with a key derived from your master password (Argon2id). The sync server only receives encrypted blocks and never knows the password.
Which platforms?
macOS (Apple silicon and Intel), Windows, Linux x64, iPhone, iPad and Android, with the same shortcuts wherever there is a keyboard.
Can I open a terminal on my Mac from my iPhone on 4G?
Yes, with an account: the Mac listens on a blind relay, the iPhone connects to it over end-to-end encrypted SSH, Face ID before opening. No port to open, no setup.
