Frequently asked questions
What is in the trial?
Every Studio right for 14 days at account creation, no card. At the end the account goes back to Local: the vault stays on your devices, sync stops.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately with a proration; moving down takes effect at the end of the period. So does cancelling.
What if I do not renew?
Your data stays readable on your devices and downloadable from the server for 90 days, then is purged from the server. Nothing is held hostage.
An invoice?
Every Stripe payment produces an invoice with VAT, available from the billing portal of your account.
What is Studio for life?
A one-time purchase that grants the Studio rights forever, no expiry. 99 EUR until 31 December 2026, then 149 EUR. A running subscription is credited pro rata.
