Without an account

The application sends nothing, except the update check (GET /v1/app/releases, without identifier) and, if you use it, the Claude connector.

With an account

We store: your e-mail, a fingerprint of your authentication key (never the password), the language, the devices (name, platform, last activity, IP address and country of the last connection), the subscription state, a per-account audit log (events without sensitive data) and your encrypted vault, which we cannot read.

Payments

Card payments go through Stripe, which processes your payment data under its own policy. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never the card number.

Relay and Claude connector

The remote terminal relay carries end-to-end encrypted bytes and stores nothing. Claude connector requests are encrypted at rest and purged after an hour.

Website

No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker. A locale cookie remembers the language; app.konsolity.com and admin.konsolity.com sessions use a session cookie. Web server logs keep the IP address for 14 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability: from the app (account deletion, vault export) or by e-mail. Answer within 30 days. Complaints can go to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Retention

After a subscription ends, the server vault is purged 90 days later. Deleting the account purges immediately.
